After this date, the rate and availability can no longer be guaranteed; therefore we strongly recommend early booking. Please note that you can cancel your reservation, without additional fees, up to 7 days before the event date.
In case you wish to book a hotel room for double use, please proceed with the reservation for one person and add in the comment that the room will be for double use, the supplement for the second person will be payable upon check-in at the hotel.
