Juliette Vitaloni is Director of the Economic Analysis department at Federchimica, the Italian association of chemical industry.
Her main activities include outlining short term economic scenarios for companies as well as analysing medium term challenges and key drivers of competitiveness for the chemical industry. She also provides daily counsel on economic topics and on industrial policy for advocacy purposes. Moreover she represents the reference expert for the economics aspects of the National Collective Agreement of the chemical sector in Italy.
Inès Van Lierde is Co-Chair of AEGIS Europe, the industry alliance representing more than 25 key industries aiming to promote manufacturing investment, innovation, jobs and growth in Europe.
Inès has been working in the field of trade defence and commercial policy issues for more than thirty years, both in the private sector (EUROMETAUX, EUROALLIAGES, CASI Institute) and in the European Commission Directorate General for Trade, as Head of Sector leading the Complaints Office (Anti-Dumping Service).
Inès, a dual Belgian/Argentinian national, holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Louvain.
A Portuguese lawyer, dedicated to EU law since 2009, in particular on the internal market for both services and goods. He has been working on the regulatory implementation of the Textiles Strategy since 2022.

Previously policy officer circular economy and solid waste management at the Dutch Environment Ministry.
Chris has a long-standing experience in the textile sector and is a passionate advocate for cross-industry collaboration.
Moreover, Chris is deeply committed to driving the transition towards a circular economy, which aligns seamlessly with ReHubs’ mission.

Sylvie Lemoine has been recently appointed Deputy Director General at Cefic. She has been leading the Product Stewardship department for four years, where she was responsible for the key chemical legislation topics, the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, REACH, CLP, and sustainable products policy.
Sylvie is a government affairs professional with more than fifteen years of experience in EU chemicals legislation. Before joining Cefic in 2019, Sylvie worked at Dow as Director Government Affairs and prior to this she was Director for Technical and Regulatory Affairs in A.I.S.E., the International Association for Soaps, Detergents and Maintenance products.
Sylvie Lemoine holds a chemical engineer degree and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France and started her career as in ExxonMobil Chemical.
Tatiana is the Associate Director of the Research and Analytics team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, specializing in the fibers markets in EMEA region – as of 2023. Before her current role, she spent 8 years in vertically integrated petrochemical companies, including Dow Chemical and Sibur holding various sales and marketing positions.
Thomas LE VAILLANT has been working as Deputy Head of Unit at the European Commission's Directorate General for TRADE/E3 since 2017. This unit is responsible for trade aspects of all industrial sectors including the energy sector. Its mission is to provide the negotiating input for negotiations on tariff and non-tariff barriers for industrial goods, in the WTO and in bilateral trade agreements with third countries. Formerly employed at the European Commission's Directorate General for Competition in Brussels, he worked on State aid control. Before joining the Commission, he worked in the private sector for more than 10 years, notably as a CEO of an SME. He is an engineer, lawyer and biologist by education.
